addr.arpa. not found: 3(NXDOMAIN) is not found

Hi all, I have a problem with setting up a RDNS on my server. I've added 123.126.120.104.in-addr.arpa in the 'Edit DNS Zone' via my domain name example.com so when I tried in the command #host 104.120.126.123 I will get this: Host 123.126.120.104.in-addr.arpa. not found: 3(NXDOMAIN) I have got no idea what is wrong and why the PRT is not found. Do you know what I need to do?? Thanks for any help!

  Hello, This functionality only works if your data center has delegated permission to your server to control the entry. You will need to contact your provider or data enter to verify if that's allowed. Typically, it's not permitted and you must instead send a request to your provider to setup the entry. Thank you.
