Disable the old zone editor

I noticed that in cPanel 64 if I disable the advanced zone editor and the simple zone editor in the feature list the new zone editor becomes practically unusable. (because of the new permission system) So how do I remove the advanced zone editor and simple zone editor icons from cPanel without crippling the new zone editor?
