    yum install ea-php55-php-ioncube5

    Hello, It looks like you installed the loader for PHP 5.5, but your script is expecting the loader the loader for PHP 5.6. Try installing it for PHP 5.6 with a command such as:
    yum install ea-php56-php-ioncube5
    If the issue persists, could you review the account's home directory and public_html directory to see if any custom php.ini files exist? Thank you.
