    Hello, Are you entering the correct password for the email account (e.g. you've tested IMAP authentication with those credentials)? If so, can you check /var/log/maillog on the cPanel server when you encounter those errors and let us know of any output? Thank you.

    Hello, It looks like you only have cPanel access as opposed to root access to the system. I recommend contacting your web hosting provider to have them verify why authentication is failing when you attempt to perform the email migration, as you won't be able to review /var/log/maillog without root access.
