Migrate email from cPanel to Outlook365
I need some help in migrating emails from CPanel to Office 365. I started a batch import but get the following errors:
[LIST]
The username or password for this account is incorrect, or IMAP access is disabled. --> The username or password for this account is incorrect, or IMAP access is disabled. --> Imap server reported an error during AuthenticateCommand indicating that authentication failed: 'Authentication failed.'.
A recipient wasn't found for "Email Address" on the target. Create a recipient of the appropriate type for this migration on the target and try again. (N.B. This occurs despite the Email address created in CPanel)

Hello, Are you entering the correct password for the email account (e.g. you've tested IMAP authentication with those credentials)? If so, can you check /var/log/maillog on the cPanel server when you encounter those errors and let us know of any output? Thank you. 0 -

Hello, It looks like you only have cPanel access as opposed to root access to the system. I recommend contacting your web hosting provider to have them verify why authentication is failing when you attempt to perform the email migration, as you won't be able to review /var/log/maillog without root access.
