    Hello,
. When I create a domain, the ssl version of the domain is automatically generated (self-sign), how do I prevent this? What I want is if I add a site, by default, it should only be access via http, and NOT https. If an user request, then I will consider adding the https feature.

This is by-design and is not currently configurable. You can find discussion of this topic on the following thread: Problem with automatically generated self-signed SSL certificates
. Upon request of my user to add letsencrypt to one of his domains, how do I help him? Is there any feature to enable, so that the user can login to his cpanel and enable https and add letsencrypt to his selected domain by him self?

It's not currently possible to manage SSL certificates generated through the AutoSSL feature via the cPanel UI. You can find an open feature request for this at: AutoSSL cPanel interface for end user control
. I see there is an SSL cPanel sign for the hostname of my system, is this free SSL forever, or I will have to pay certain fee after some times (months)?

The free cPanel-signed hostname certificate is free when it's both issued and automatically renewed. The feature is documented at: Free cPanel-Signed Hostname Certificate - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
