Dig query connection timeout from outside network

We are facing similar issue to this thread which was opened 2 years ago. named - port 53 is open TCP and UDP, UDP not available from outside our network When we do same dig command from any machine in the same subnet it is successful. However, when we do it from other machine other than our network, we get connection timed out; no servers could be reached. We are using cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 20) on CENTOS 7.3 machine. Is there any solution for this? We couldn't find any solution related with this issue on this forums. Can you please help us. Thank you

  Hello, Did this only start happening recently, or is this an issue you are facing on a new cPanel installation? Have you contacted your provider to verify no firewall rules exist at the network level to block those connection attempts? Thank you.
