Problem with sessions on websites

Hello, I have problems with the session php to all my clients, nobody can login to your website admin or user panel When they try to log in, the login panel is returned without throwing erroneous user or password, it just does nothing!

  You might check to see if the server time is set properly.

  Thanks for you response but I checked the server time and it is not the problem. Since update 64 that can not login to any website, all the websites installed until the moment have problems with its login, WHMCS, Opencarts, Wordpress, among others. I created a ticket Num 8458639, and they mentioned that RUID2 probably is causing conflict with mod_security, now RUID2 is disabled but the problem persist and now also all websites have cache error

  Is your ticket still open? You might want to stick with that ticket for proper Technical Support.
