    Hello, You can access the "Track Delivery" option in cPanel to search for an affected message to see if you notice any specific errors. However, as your access level shows as "Website Owner", you may need to contact your hosting provider for help with this issue. Thank you.

    Well, I would appreciate your help. I have access to CPanel account and "Track Delivery" Under Email section. But when I click on it and "Run Report", there is no result. "The search matches 0 records." So what's wrong?
