    Hi, Have you checked the exim mainlog to see what does the error occur? Does the forwarding even triggers ? If it triggers what is the situation in the exim_mainlog. # /var/log/exim_mainlog Perform an active result: # tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog | grep send in a mail to the email you have set forwarding on different account. See what the logs are..

    Also make sure the forwarding is set correctly, try to remove and reset the forwarding to check all the setting are correct.
