Clamav Malformed database

Hi, /etc/redhat-release:CloudLinux Server release 6.9 (Igor Volk) /usr/local/cpanel/version:11.64.0.20 /var/cpanel/envtype:standard CPANEL=release I had to cleanup the temp file this morning to make space and following that started to received error about clamsv service not starting: Then got to the log and uninstalled and reinstalled clamav Version: 0.99.2-1.cp1164. But now getting this error at startup: Service Error (XID ddqq3a) The "clamd" service failed to start. Startup Log LibClamAV Warning: Detected duplicate databases /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/clamav/bytecode.cld and /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/clamav/bytecode.cvd. The /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/clamav/bytecode.cld database is older and will not be loaded, you should manually remove it from the database directory. LibClamAV Warning: cli_loadyara: empty database file LibClamAV Error: cli_loadhash: Problem parsing database at line 15688 LibClamAV Error: Can't load /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/clamav/rfxn.hdb: Malformed database LibClamAV Error: cli_loaddbdir(): error loading database /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/clamav/rfxn.hdb ERROR: Malformed database clamd has failed. Contact your system administrator if the service does not automagically recover.

  Once I edited the rfxn.hdb and removed the last line (that was malformed) and started a fresh update using: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/freshclam Got a new error remaining: LibClamAV Warning: cli_loadyara: empty database file

  Hello, I would recommend reinstalling the cPanel clamav rpm when this last error occurs. One way to do this is to run these commands:
  rpm -e --nodeps --justdb cpanel-clamav-0.99.2-1.cp1164.x86_64 cpanel-perl-524-File-Scan-ClamAV-1.95-1.cp1162.x86_64 cpanel-clamav-virusdefs-0.99.2-1.cp1164.x86_64 ; /scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix
