Left menu missing after WHM update to 64.0.21

Ok so after latest update my left menu is missing,its only there on Home page of my WHM, so I tried with different browsers pc's and phones,SAME! I hope that's not part of new update because it's fustrating and time consuming to go back to Home every single time, and opening everyhing in new tabs does not make sense.

  Hello! That shouldn't occur after the update. Are there any errors showing in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when loading WHM? Thanks!

  Hello, it works fine now I ran upgrade again and checked Force a reinstall even if the system is up to date.
