    Hi, Can you check the mail logs at /var/log/exim_mainlog and see what actually is occurring? is there any filter set that is not allowing it?

    Does not find out. I am using SMTP from mailgun.

    Hello, Could you let us know the specific output you see in /var/log/exim_mainlog for an affected message? EX:
    exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Replace MSGID with the message ID of an affected message, or with the email address sent to or from. Thank you.

    Hello, It looks like BoxTrapper is configured for that email account, and the original sender did not respond to verify the email was legitimate. Thus, the message was not delivered to the inbox. Thank you.

    You can disable BoxTrapper to prevent the verification requirement in the future, or contact the sender to verify they received the initial verification message. BoxTrapper is documented at: BoxTrapper - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

    Hello, In "cPanel >> BoxTrapper" you can click Review Queue to deliver or delete unverified emails. I recommend disabling BoxTrapper if it's preventing delivery of multiple messages. Thank you.
