AutoSSL rejected by Comodo for one user
Strange error on one account hosting a wordpress site.
It had been refusing access to Comodo for domain validation due to iThemes Security blocking. With that fixed, forced an autoSSl issuance.
Every 5 minute polling and each hour a log entry:
11:12:01 AM The certificate is not available. (processing)
After 24 hours the process was rejected with following log message. (there is no reason given) 12:17:01 PM Polling for "username""s new certificate for "domain name.com.au" (order item ID "186641041") " 12:17:02 PM The certificate is not available. (rejected) 12:17:02 PM The provider indicated that the certificate request was rejected. The system will remove the certificate from the queue.
(can attach complete log if required, but no further errors in it) Any advice about next steps. TIA Brett
