    Hello, Both issues would require root access to the system to address. It's not possible to utilize the AutoSSL feature if your hosting provider has disabled it. I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance. Thank you.

    It's not possible to utilize the AutoSSL feature if your hosting provider has disabled it I'm not sure to what level it is disabled, from what I can see in cPanel they have issued the certificates in the past. Hosting provider (we deal with the original web developer/reseller, not the data centre) finally responded saying they tried changing http to https in a browser for tickets.domain.co.uk and saw the site so are happy the service is configured correctly. Sent a screenshot from cPanel showing the expired certificates and haven't heard back. So they are forcing us onto the reverse proxy option. Not ideal but will do the job, if we can get them to update the DNS zonefile. Thanks Michael.
