From your cPanel > Databases > MySQL Databases You create a database and call it something like, cpanelusr_yourdatabasename You need to create a user next. When you create a DB user, it will be something like, cpanelusr_yourdbusername You need to add that user to that database next. From that link you posted, now removed, you state you've already done all that. All that's left then is to add the completed details to that xenforo database setup page: MySQL user name: cpanelusr_yourdbusername MySQL password: whatever password you gave the user MySQL Database name: cpanelusr_yourdatabasename

In the future, please attach images to your posts instead of linking, thanks. You'll need to be sure there is a database, a user, the user is properly associated with the database and the details you add to the XF setup screen are correct. You may want to contact your Hosting Provider for assistance with this if it fails again.
