The message is from CSF/LFD of course. Basic details about this email are here: Process Tracking and csf.pignore - ConfigServer Community Forum For more reading, click any of the threads at the bottom of your thread here. Your question is asked often on these forums.
is this something i should ignore?

Nope. I wouldn't suggest you ignore 1,500 emails a week. You can solve the issue simple enough :)

I've got to be honest, I have spent 3 weeks or so, researching this further, and reading all the other threads and the only thing that made sense was the threads where some users just stopped the emails from happening. I am still not currently sure what is using all this excess memory, or if it actually makes any difference for the site or its usability. This CSF/LFD message is still going over my head and happening at the rate of at least 150 times a day.

As a simple exercise that might possibly help, open up CSF settings, find the area for Process tracking settings. Find the item with the 200 set for the setting, as noted in your first post:
    Exceeded: 241 > 200 (MB)

PT_USERMEM Change that to 300 and save, restart CSF. See if that helps.

I know this is an old post/thread, but I just gave this a shot. Thanks for the tip.
