cPanel proxy subdomain's 503 and 500 error

Hello there After updating to version 11.64 build 22, the proxy subdomains not to work. whm.domain.com webmail.domain.com etc. When I returned to version 11.64 build 21, the problem was solved.

  Hello, Could you let us know of any output to /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log or /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you encounter the issue? Thank you.
