How to restart php-fpm using SSH ?

Hi I tried to restart fpm pn WHM and also on SSH but it's not possible to restart apache_php_fpm and spamd can any one help me ? When I try to send command
/scripts/restartsrv_apache_php_fpm Service Status apache_php_fpm restarted successfully. /scripts/restartsrv_cpanel_php_fpm Waiting for "cpanel_php_fpm" to restart gracefully "waiting for "cpanel_php_fpm" to initialize "finished. Service Status cpanel_php_fpm (php-fpm: master process (/usr/local/cpanel/etc/php-fpm.conf)) is running as root with PID 11311 (pidfile check method). cpanel_php_fpm restarted successfully.
but still down

  Hello, Could you verify if any of your partitions are at 100% inode capacity? You can check this with the following command:
  df -i
