    Hello, In cPanel, under "Raw Access", do you have the access logs from the previous months? If so, you can download the access logs and compare them to this month's to see if you notice any difference in the files accessed or the amount of access attempts. Also, do you have root access to the system to review /var/log/maillog for POP3 activity? Thank you.

    Hi CpanelMichael Thank you for your response. Yes I can see the logs but I can't understand a thing there. I do not have root access to all the above and my hosting company also doesn't seem to know what they are doing.

    Alright so I downloaded log files for December 2016 & May 2017, imported them to Excel. The first difference I saw was the December log goes up to 13949 visits and the May one goes up to 522726.

    This would suggest the additional visits are leading to the increased usage. Thank you.
