Whats this line from shell messages?

Hi. I was running a sample "top -cU user" And in some moment I have this line: cpaneld - serving 186.85 --llu=1495429314 --listen=10,11,12,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 --accepted=13 what this means? note: when were this message appear, now the command "top -cU user" show 0 process running by user. What is accepted 13, etc...?? Thanks!
