Hello, Is this happening when sending email from your cPanel server to multiple remote mail servers? If so, do you notice any output in /var/log/exim_mainlog for the affected messages? EX:
    exigrep user@remote-domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Thank you.

Hello, That message suggests the email account you are sending to is not routable. To clarify, are you sending to this email account from your server, or is this domain name hosted on your server? Thank you.

That domain, now removed from your posts, is a disposable email address website. You might want to contact your customer and ask them for another email address that actually works.
