Spamassasin sa-learn - no description set - 0 messages examined
Searched forums and closest I could find is
SpamAssassin sa-learn errors
but that thread didn't show a solution.
My cron will execute:
but results in:
ultimately Learned tokens from 0 message(s) (0 message(s) examined) System info: (hostgator vps) CentOS release 6.9 (Final) cpanel version 11.64.0.21 envtype: virtuozzo CPANEL=stable I know I have at least 200 messages in my junk folder. I've been struggling with this for some time. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Paul

Well that was embarrassing. Ignorance is a . . . . My cron was wrong. I did not include a tilde to expand the home directory. Corrected syntax: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/sa-learn -D --spam ~/mail/bluewaterangels.com/*/.Junk
sa-learn working fine now. Note the '-D' debug argument can be dropped. Big ups to Sean Bailey, cPanel Technical Analyst for prompt and skilled assistance, and Michael the Forum Analyst for pointing me in the right direction. Very much appreciated.0 -
