Unable to use backup user selection

Hi in WHM, when I select backup user selection, I get this message: "There is a request being processed. You will not be able to make any changes until the process is finished." Doesn't seem like it's doing anything or going away... thanks

  Hello @toxxreport, I was able to reproduce this issue when choosing one of the following options in "WHM >> Backup User Selection": Enable all Backups Disable all Backups Upon doing so, the interface presents the following message: "There is a request being processed. You will not be able to make any changes until the process is finished." That said, the request should still complete successfully, and you should see the action processed after you browse back to the "Backup User Selection" option in WHM. Internal case CPANEL-7457 is open to ensure the interface is updated when selecting "all users" to better reflect the completion status of the action. I'll update this thread with more information on the status of this case as it becomes available. Thank you.
