Cloudflare issue with domain resolving

I have a client who is using cloudflare. H" said he pointed his domainname the server. He added it as addon domain but it now shows this page and i dont have a clue what is wrong? Any ideas? [Removed - Please See Guide To Opening An Effective Forums Thread] Now redirects tot [Removed - Please See Guide To Opening An Effective Forums Thread] I did Allow Remote Domains or i could not add it at all

  Hello, Have you verified the issue with the default cPanel page loading persists upon clearing the browser and DNS cache on your machine? Thank you.

  No that makes no difference. It keeps forwarding to ../cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

  Can you confirm the IP address the domain name resolves to is the same IP address associated with the account in cPanel/WHM? Thank you.

  No it is pointing to an ip in the usa but can this be because of cloudflare

  Yes, it should resolve to the CloudFlare IP address. However, within your CloudFlare interface, does the IP address match what's associated with the cPanel account? Thank you.

  You could request a screenshot of the settings in the CloudFlare administrative interface from the end-user to verify it uses the correct IP address. Thank you.
