PHPMyAdmin hangs after WHM update

cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 24) Disabling "PHP-FPM service for cPanel Daemons" did the trick to restore access... not sure what the consequences of leaving that service off are

  Disabling "PHP-FPM service for cPanel Daemons" should not have any bad effects as those were recently enabled ones and you can safely keep them disabled. May be there is some bug and cpanel team might be working on it. If you think it is a bug, better open a ticket with them and report it.

  Hello @blizam, There's a recent thread regarding slowness when accessing phpMyAdmin at: PHPMyadmin 4.6.x is slow to load However, this does not appear to relate to PHP-FPM. Are you able to reproduce this issue after enabling "PHP-FPM service for cPanel Daemons" again? Thank you.
