website not working on 4g

similar issue to this thread Can't Access Website Over 3G, 4G, or LTE my website is not loading on 4g it does on mobile on wifi and mac etc but not through mobile internet - ive loaded the same theme on a different hosting provider and its worked so bit baffled !

  Hello, I recommend contacting your web hosting provider to see if they can take a closer look. The issue on the thread you referenced was caused by a mismatch between the IPv6 address configured for the domain name in the DNS records and the IPv6 address configured for the domain name in the Apache configuration file.
