About Server IP (WHM / cPanel)

I believe everyone should use WHMCS with the financial manager in their companies, correct? When your client accesses the Client Area, your administrative panel shows the access logs. Shows the time the client entered, shows the client IP, correct? My server is faulty. Instead of showing the Client IP it shows the IP of the Server.   Have you asked about this over on the WHMCS forums? You might find some quick advice for this over there.

  Did they provide any more details than that? Have you asked them to move forward with it as suggested?
