Default mail address on cPanel

HI, I need free sapce on my server and i see on Cpanel there is a default mail adress using 24GO I see in this box mails from other accounts. What is the relationship? and Is there a risk if I empty it?

  You can remove them, but you might want to peek at few of the emails to get a better idea where they came from. Being where they are, most likely are bounces with no where to go.
