cPanel Password change error

Our server hosting cPanel is having challenges, if we try to login with SSH it tells us password incorrect and we are logged in with cpanel for a day now if we try to change password through WHM it tells us "The password for 'root' could not be changed because: Sorry, the user "root" not exist." Secondly, if we are creating new account w get " Account Creation Status: failed (XID vakz6m) The MySQL service is down." Thirdly this error is showing "A warning occurred while processing this directive." under cpanel & WHM setup under. error showing"

    Hello, It's possible the /etc/shadow or other files on your system were corrupted. I recommend reaching out to your data center or provider to see if they can help restore SSH access to the system, as it's unlikely you will be able to make any changes through cPanel or WHM to restore access. Thank you.
