Security issue with hosting account

OK. I am - Removed - the original owner of the site linked to this email '- Removed -'. Recently this wicked hacker named - Removed - hacked into my website. He went along to do a lot of things to my wordpress site I have been re-logging in until he found a way to stop my WP site from sending me email confirmation link for password reset. He blocked my IP from opening and logging to my WP and my very CPANEL. I got help from my host to get somethings back in order. But it also seems like he has blacklisted the email linked to my CP '- Removed -'. Please help me fix this. I think he planted something in my CP I don't know where. But this I know as far as I am writing this to you, you are going to help me fight that devil. I can't change my PHP Version, it shows an error (see attached). See originality of website linked to the mentioned email in the 'whois data'. Please don't let this stupid guy think he can do something because he has some tools and experience in hacking. Please help me show me that he is wasting his time, Help me get back my site and remove what he planted there. Hurry before he hacks again. Thanks

  You'd do better to work with your Hosting Provider about this matter. If that's not an option you might consider hiring a qualified system administrator to help. There are several listing here you may find useful: System Administration Services | cPanel Forums
