Header Image won't change

Hallo, I have a J16-41 template. I am trying to change the template header in my Cpanel. I always change the "headerimg.jpg" in the Images Folder with ease, and the picture usually reflects within a short while on my website. But it hasn't changed for two days now. I've tried to delete the image, then upload again etc. my website is - Removed - Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

  SOLVED: By holding down the SHIFT KEY while refreshing the page I was able to see the changes.
