Blank page in webmail

A customer is reporting that he receives the following white screens after login into their webmail accounts using Rouncube. Has anybody noticed a similar issue? Note: This issue appears with all the email accounts of a domain This is a picture of what the users see dropbox.com/s/n9apikdcc1rqp9f/IMG-20170605-WA0000.jpg

  Can you duplicate it yourself or is it just this one user and his email accounts?
