Blocking Emails except to own domain/gmail

Hello, How can I block outgoing mail from the domain, except for a particular E-Mail address, or limit the sending from the domain per hour? I want to use external servers (only), otherwise the Emails should be dropped - unless a particular Email was used. Like an Email whitelist. Some users are abusing our outgoing mail :/ Thanks a lot, Yossi

  Hello, You'd need to setup a custom Exim system filter rule if you want to filter outgoing email leaving the cPanel server.
