Customising notifications per reseller

Hi, I'd like to use the mailbox full notifications, but my resellers don't like my domain name showing for the webmail link. Ideally I'd like to customise the notification templates so that each reseller has their own branding. I've read the docs and searched here and on the web but can't find anything obvious. Is it possible? Thanks.

Alternatively, if a reseller has their own IP could I make conditional template parts based on that?
