Spam Issue IPv6 Alert

Hello, I care for my server and i always monitor for spamming. Today i got alert from CSF which is different from other emails.. Time: Wed Jun 7 15:47:15 2017 +0500 Type: LOCALHOSTRELAY, IPv6 localhost - ::1 Count: 150 emails relayed Blocked: No and many emails sent or received to some domains what could be reason and why it is showing like IPv6 localhost. Is something i need to disable?

  Hello, Does the email notification include additional information about the specific emails detected by CSF in the message body? Thank you.

  Ye it is showing email like user@domain.com and showing it sent emails to thousanda emails.

  It's not abnormal to see the IPv6 reference if IPv6 is enabled on the system. It's showing you the messages are coming from the local server. You may need to change the password to the email account if it's sending out excessive numbers of emails. Thank you.
