Emails shows delivered to localhost
Hi guys
I'm new here, so this is my 1st post in this forum as I am currently struggling to figure out how to fix this problem.
I know my way around cPanel as I do get to work with cPanel from time to time, but most of my sites and client's sites are hosted on a server running konsoleH.
Here is the problem I'm having:
I have one client that has 2 domains (domainA.com and domainB.com). Both of these domains WAS hosted on the same server running cPanel. A week ago, I moved domainA.com to another hosting company, while domainB.com is still located at the first/original hosting company.
Whenever an email gets send from domainB.com (hosting company with cPanel) it doesn't get delivered to domainA.com. According to the mail logs ("Track Delivery") the emails gets delivered but shows "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" as the delivery IP and server.
How do I change this so that whenever an email gets send from domainB.com it checks the DNS for domainA.com and deliver the emails to the domainA.com's new server?

Hi, Did you terminate the domain A from your server? I guess not. If you have or not, check the below things: Check if DNS is still hosted on your server.. Check for this domain entry in the /etc/localdomains.. 0 -
Hello! If the domain is still on the server, even if it's not pointed there, you will likely need to set it to use a remote Mail Exchanger under Email Routing inside the user's cPanel. This page talks a little more about that. Email Routing - Version 64 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thanks! 0
