what is the difference for : Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed in Packages and The maximum number of emails each domain can send out per hour. in tweak settings-> mail Thanks

  Hello! The Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed is a per account setting that can be specified in the packages that are assigned to accounts. The maximum number of emails each domain can send out per hour is the default global setting for the server, which is why it is listed under Tweak Settings. The value that is set in the packages can override the value that is set in Tweak Settings. These pages also talk a little more about those.
