Restore error You are not authorised to view this resource

- Removed - Hello there... My server is dead, i have my backups files and i copied to a brand new server with another name and ip address in the /home directory (250 accounts) ... Could you please explain me how i restore those account in this server ... all of them at the same time and not one by one? Thanks

  Hello friends, I am restoring files from my backup using Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File,,, the problem is when i restore an account, the webpages only show: Error You are not authorised to view this resource Any idea how to fix this problem? Thanks

  hello, the restore process did not return any error.... my server is a brand new server made by my datacenter.... is updated

  Check your server error log after accessing the site for clues about the issue.

  Hello, Is this happening for all accounts? If so, are they all using a specific application or script (e.g. Joomla)? Thank you.
