View detail & Read the email message

Hi, What is the difference from view and read email message, i347.photobucket.com/albums/p441/pujiarahman/icon_zpsjwwe0nxa.jpg somte time i see the icon jus view only and some time i see the icon view and read mesage.

  Hello, The "View Details" icon shows you information about the message delivery (e.g. sender, result, send time). The "Read Message" icon allows you to read the actual email message if it's still in the message queue. You can't read a message if it's already out of the queue. Thank you.

  hi, thanks for replay, when i tes send mail to other account but still same domain the show icon is view details and read message but when i tes send mail to other account with different domain the show icon only view detail.. Whether the icon also serves to distinguish the delivery of different email domains.. Thanks

  You can also read the message if the email exists on the server (e.g. it's stored as an email under the account's mail directory). If you were to send a message to a remote domain name, then it wouldn't actually exist on the server after it's out of the queue. Thank you.
