Error 500 internal server agregando dominio

Buenas, Estoy realmente desesperado ya que tengo un plan hosting y estoy tratando de agregar a este un segundo dominio. El tema es que dentro dwl cpanel en la opcion dominio adicional luego de llenar los campos me encuentro siempre con INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 500 no response from subprocess" ALRM 14." Cualquier ayuda es bienvenida.

  Hi, Do you only have a hosting plan and not own the server? If this is so, then you should contact your hosting provider for more details on this.. If you own this server, then you should check the cPanel logs located in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log* section..
