Hello, You can verify the AutoSSL feature is enabled for the account via the "Manage Users" tab in "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL". Then, under the "Options" tab, enable "Allow AutoSSL to replace invalid or expiring non-AutoSSL certificates". Per it's description: This option will allow AutoSSL to replace certificates that the AutoSSL system did not issue. When you enable this option, AutoSSL will install certificates that replace users" CA-issued certificates if they are invalid or expire within 3 days. Or, you can leave this option disabled, and simply delete the existing SSL certificate for the domain name via "WHM >> Manage SSL Hosts". You can then manually run an AutoSSL check via the following command:
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --all
Keep in mind the domain validation process can take up to 24 hours in some cases. Thank you.
