Hello, Could you let us know the entry from /var/log/exim_mainlog for an affected message? EX:
    exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
You can find the message ID in the message header. Ensure to remove any actual domain names or IP addresses in the output, and to place the output in CODE tags. Thank you.

    -06-16 09:06:26 1dLfiU-00069E-N4 ** apache@domain.biz: Unrouteable address

Hello, This indicates the email address in-question does not actually exist. Is "apache@domain.biz" an email account you host on the cPanel server? Thank you.
