MultiPHP Manager - not showing PHP-FPM drop menu

Hi guys, I have an odd problem. MultiPHP Manager not showing drop menus for System PHP Version and PHP-FPM (ON/OFF). Even if I select a domain on the screen. I have check this on two computers and three web browsers. Could you please advise? Cloudlinux 7.2 ]http://i68.tinypic.com/2pr5kky.jpg
