Cannot receive email from Microsoft mail server
Dear All,
I need your advise to solve my problem.
I cannot receive email from Microsoft product (live.com, hotmail.com), I have asked to Microsoft support, he said like this: "After analyzing the NDRs, we found that the MX resolution failed from all Office 365 EOP servers. We discussed that it is the DNS provider blocking DNS queries from Office 365 by firewall, or network filtering devices. Please contact the DNS or NS provider to allow DNS queries sending from Office 365 IP address and Hotmail address."
Can somebody give me clue to fix it please?

Hello, Do you have any custom firewall rules enabled on the cPanel server? Also, could you confirm if any entries exist for the email addresses in your /var/log/exim_mainlog file? EX: exigrep user@live.com /var/log/exim_mainlog
