Problem with custom script

I do not know if it is a problem of httpd, mysql protection, mod_rewrite, or other. The error only occurs when updating the databases. I need your help please.
Forbidden You don't have permission to access /admin/ingresafoto.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  That's some sort of custom script, possibly insecure and so was removed from your post.

  Hi, This issue seems to be more related to the permission issue. If you are updating your script, please follow the steps provided by the script provider for update/upgrade..
