Optimizing my.cnf question

Hi, i have a virtual server with this informations:
Processor Information Total processors: 4 Processor #1 Vendor GenuineIntel Name Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10GHz Speed 2098.983 MHz Cache 20480 KB Processor #2 Vendor GenuineIntel Name Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10GHz Speed 2098.983 MHz Cache 20480 KB Processor #3 Vendor GenuineIntel Name Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10GHz Speed 2098.983 MHz Cache 20480 KB Processor #4 Vendor GenuineIntel Name Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10GHz Speed 2098.983 MHz Cache 20480 KB
And This Memory Usage
Current Memory Usage total used free shared buff/cache available Mem: 4914228 2197908 206216 762836 2510104 1638356 Swap: 5017596 7980 5009616 Total: 9931824 2205888 5215832
i use from mariadb and have 4 Core CPU And 4GB Memory,Most of the times my avaible memory is to low and i have crash and should be restart my server. There Is MY.CNF
[mysqld] innodb_file_per_table=1 default-storage-engine=MyISAM performance-schema=0 innodb_buffer_pool_size=90177536 max_allowed_packet=268435456 open_files_limit=10000

  thanks, but i cant find my answer, i just want configuration for my details . my.cnf and best value for mysql configs
