Cannot connect to cPanel Ports open

hello, My server has wordpress installed. i was working on it normally and suddenly from afternoon the website has stopped responding. Along with it ftp, accessing whm, cpanel, website frontend, results in just a waiting/connecting mode. Only SSH works Some things i tried - checked all respective ports are open and working - restarted my VM multiple times. My SSL from godaddy was supposed to expire today. But after this problem i successfully installed letsencrypt ssl using SSH. (however, i got a cannot map to 443 in ip4 and ip6 error. restarted Apache too) I am desperate and have no idea what to do now. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot everyone.

  You've got some sort of issue with your domain name. Your server comes up on the IP address for me:
  https:xxx.xxx.xxx:2087
  IP and domain name now removed from your post above.

  thank you. the issue has been resolved. basically, azure had somehow changed ip of my VM ! never expected this. reconfigured license of whm and everything works fine.
