Hello, Can you also confirm backups are enabled for the accounts in "WHM >> Backups >> Backup User Selection"? Thanks!

Thank you! Both answers were helpful. I've checked the transporter logs: [2017-06-24 02:01:42 -0400] info [cpbackup_transporter] Uploading system backup file /backup/2017-06-24/system_files.tar to Builder1 [2017-06-24 02:01:42 -0400] info [cpbackup_transporter] Validating destination path /2017-06-24 [2017-06-24 02:01:42 -0400] info [cpbackup_transporter] Making Path /2017-06-24 [2017-06-24 02:01:42 -0400] warn [cpbackup_transporter] Path creation failed: Couldn't create remote directory: Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/LoggerAdapter.pm line 27. There was a permission problem. I've set the destination folder. It will probably solve this issue.
Can you also confirm backups are enabled for the accounts in "WHM >> Backups >> Backup User Selection"?

    I've now enabled it.
