Is Comodo SSL in AutoSSL a self-signed certificate?
Hi!
The AutoSSL is a great feature from cPanel in partnership with Comodo. I setup a subdomain in order to install a CRM software. However, the CRM software will not sync with other software because (as explained by the CRM provider) "the SSL is a self-signed certificate."

If AutoSSL generates a Comodo SSL, it could not be a self-signed certificate. Please, any advice to solve this is welcome.

Hello, Autossl is not self-signed certificate. It is a certificate with 3 months validity and it will renew after the term. it is a Domain Validated SSL certificate from Comodo. And it will work like normal ssl. Can you please confirm the domain is loading with the correct SSL. 0 -
Hello, The cPanel-signed certificates (through Comodo) generated with the AutoSSL feature are not self-signed. Try opening the subdomain over the HTTPS URL in a web browser to confirm the trusted SSL certificate is installed. Thank you. 0 -
