Can't bind to an ephemeral port

hi my cp keeps failing several times per day and night reason The service "cpsrvd" appears to be down. Service Check Method The system failed to connect to this service"s TCP/IP port. Reason Service check failed to complete: Can't bind to an ephemeral port on 127.0.0.1: Address already in use does anyone know a solution for this? thansk in advance

  netstat -lnp | grep :208

  my output for netstat -lnp | grep :208 is tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:2080 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 16324/cpdavd - acce tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:2082 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 15481/cpsrvd (SSL) tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:2083 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 15481/cpsrvd (SSL) tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:2086 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 15481/cpsrvd (SSL) tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:2087 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 15481/cpsrvd (SSL) thanks in advanced
